When it’s time to relax, I turn to the calming sounds of a river or stream —it’s my foolproof way to let go of the day’s craziness. That gentle ripple and steady flow have this knack for soothing my nerves, like nature’s whispering, ‘Chill out already!’ I usually pop on relaxing videos with river or stream sounds whenever I’m stressed or ready to snooze .
